Hi! I’m Laura, a freelance senior project manager based in Santos, São Paulo.
 

I started my career in audiovisual, working as a producer and executive producer on films recognized at national and international festivals. With over 15 years in the creative industry and a Master’s in Cultural Project Development, I’ve built a hybrid background that blends strategy, creativity, and hands-on project management to deliver work with meaningful impact.

Throughout my career, I’ve developed and led projects in production companies, social organizations, and advertising agencies, collaborating on campaigns for global brands such as Netflix, Nike, Google, Audible, and Amnesty International.

Currently, I work in talent management and cultural project development, and I also teach Audiovisual Production at Fábrica Cultural, a program run by the Department of Culture of Santos.
